Malaysian Red Curry Sauce

This is a special onion stir fry curry. Ideal for chicken, beef, ostrich or rabbit meat slices, fish fillet slices, prawns or squid. Generally the meat is mildly brown in hot oil, drained dry and then stir-fried with the Red Curry sauce, and garnished with fresh onions and chillies.

Ingredients:

Water, palm oil, onion, tomato paste, chili, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, mix spices (cumin, cinnamon, cloves), salt, sugar, turmeric, pepper, modified corn starch (E1422), tamarind, malic acid (E296).

Note: Products are made on equipment shared with soy, peanut, fish, shrimp, wheat and their derived products.
