Malaysian Satay Sauce

The classic Malaysian dip sauce for marinated BBQ meat, chicken and seafood served on a skewer. Normally served with chunks of cucumber and onions.
This is ideal also for Asian Salad (Gado Gado).

Ingredients:
Water, sugar, peanut, tamarind, onion, tomato paste, garlic, palm oil, galangal, lemon grass, chilli, salt, modified corn starch, acetic acid, citric acid, xanthan gum.

Note: Products are made on equipment shared with soy, peanut, fish, shrimp, wheat and their derived products.
